EFT tapping therapy certainly has its detractors. It is one of the controversial alternative health approaches and stirs many mainstream health experts to slam its effectiveness. You may not have heard of it. I would speculate that the majority of people in the US and Canada haven’t. At first blush, some that have heard of it say “Oh, that could never work.”
On Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, psychologist Dr. Garland Landrith said that we can create miracles using intention because our intentions are manifested in the quantum world, which takes us beyond the space-time continuum that rules the normal world. “All of the laws of nature are being broken down by this quantum field phenomenon in physics,” said Dr. Landrith, whose research was cited in the movie What the Bleep.
However, the response from medical professionals and authorities is predictable. “It’s crack pot stuff,” one MD said. Most say it is a scam that doesn’t work, there’s no way it could work based on our understanding of modern medical science. They suggest that any positive benefits of EFT tapping are simply due to wishful thinking, or the ever popular placebo effect.
Of course, but that’s only one side of the story. Yes, there is a strong negative response to EFT out there, but there are hundreds of thousands of people who swear by the therapy. Most of them were skeptical and laughed about it when they were first introduced to the modality. But many of them had a mind open enough to new ideas to give it a try. And now they’re big believers. (There doesn’t seem to be much middle ground – people either hate EFT or love it.) People from all over the world, and all walks of life are raving about it. And they don’t buy for a minute the doctors’ idea that they’re deluding themselves, or just imagining that they’ve been cured. Tens of thousands of folks have reported astonishing results. And no one should write these people off until they’ve tried EFT tapping therapy for themselves.
According to Landrith, “In the quantum field, where supposedly nothing exists, particles constantly merge and then go back into nothingness. Something comes from nothing, which violates a law of nature. Also, electrons can be in many places at the same time.”
With quantum entanglement, if you separate two electrons that are circling an atom by many miles and stimulate one of the two, then both electrons have the same response to the stimulus. And, the response appears to be simultaneous or very nearly simultaneous. Researchers in Switzerland determined that if the two entangled electrons are communicating by transmitting signals to one another, then the signals would have to travel at 4000 times the speed of light. This violates a physical law that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light.
Dr. Landrith also said that group intentions are more powerful than that of an individual and that as few as 8,000 meditators could change the collective consciousness of the entire world.
Finally, Dr. Landrith talked about energetic blockages that can prevent us from manifesting our intentions or cause us to repeat the same mistakes. According to Landrith, this is due to blocked brain pathways. He said that the blocks can be removed using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and that he has a DVD that shows you how to so.
